it wasnt that hard to guess either, everybody else was fighting with the giant budda, the only medical ninja we knew were tsunade, sakura and kabuto and the first 2 were busy, kabuto was shown fighting bare footed against sasuke and itachi and the leg was barefooted, people were saying it was itachi c'mon

Well, there was speculation it could be Shisui or Izuna. I think people were just having a lot of fun like the "Who's Tobi" theories.
