Sakura was trained by a Sannin.. Ino is still the same since part 1..
No Ino's improved her taijutsu, strength, stamina, speed and shintenshin techniques to a much higher level compared to part 1.
Sakura wins mid difficulty since even though they are roughly equal in hand to hand combat, one hit from Sakura one shots Ino but Ino will have to land a large number of hits to even slow down Sakura.
Ino's best bet is to land a successful shintenshin on Sakura and this time Sakura won't be able to overcome it since Ino's abilities have vastly improved. Sakura has improved too but she can't overcome current Ino's mind transfer especially if Ino is at full chakra. Ino's speed with her mind transfer has improved a lot too so Ino might just get lucky but due to Sakura's evasive skils that she learned from Tsunade, I don't see it hitting Sakura. I'm sure that Ino's recovery time if she misses her target has vastly improved as well but I'm not 100% sure on this and even if it did, if Ino is down even for a few seconds, Sakura can easily defeat Ino by than.
