MS Sasuke would have lost without Karin's help and Danzo never used KA which could have one shotted him. So how is MS Sasuke stronger?

EMS is just an MS which doesn't make you blind, as far as I know.

Jins are immune to genjutsu but KA works in such a way that the victim does not realise he's affected by it. The Bijuu wouldn't be able to break the jin out of it because it won't know the user is affected by it.

I know but that made me think about it, wasnt danzo trying to trap Tobi under KA during his fight against sasuke? and why would he waste KA on Mifune? but again he has senju DNA..

He used it on mifune so he could make himself head of the alliance.

I will speak more on KA once I am less ignorant or more knowledge of the Jutsu I may do personal research but in the case if EMS vs Danzo without KA it is a victory for Sasuke.
I want to now speak about their previous battle where Sasuke was on at the stage of Mangekyou Sharingan. To say that without Karin's help that Sasuke would have been defeated would be making a false statement considering the final blow exchange was this[

In the case that Danzo did have his KA we cannot be certain of who would win considering we know nothing of KA's limits and we have no clue if EMS would allow Sasuke to fall Victim to it. There are numerous differences between Mangekyou and Eternal Mangekyou Sharingans.
