Depends how much blunt damage Kimimaro can take. His bones were very strong and all so he could win by outlasting Lee but since Lee's stamina, speed and strength is much higher than before, Kimimaro will have a tough time waiting for Lee to succumb to exhaustion. Kimimaro's best bet is to use Sawarbi no mae which has a massive area of effect since Lee won't be able to counter it.

He was drunk for most of the fight but used the first gate at the end but it didn't work because of Kimi's bones tanking the impact.

Are you keeping in mind that in the last fight Lee was handicapped he was not only injured by couldn't use his gates. He had to fight in base. That said Sawarbi no mae would be really bad for Lee. So the Question is can Lee kill him with the gates before that is used.

The only feasible way in which Lee would be victorious is if he can open at least the sixth gate and use Asa Kujaku.
Gaara, using just his Armour of Sand, was able to avoid taking any damage from Lee whilst the latter opened five.

Given how durable Shikotsumyaku was, it'd like negate the usefulness of opening the gates (5 and under).
Strictly by feats, Lee wouldn't win a battle against Kimimaro.​
