Remaking bios that require bio testing

Well....i searched and i couldn't find an answer although i bet it exists somewhere but here it goes:

If someone at a given moment, makes a special bio that requires testing and/or permission, if the person drops that bio and some time later (after a month of course) wants to have it again, does he/she need to take the test and/or obtain permission again?

Also, if i drop a custom bio for another one and then want to switch back, can i do it or once a custom bio is dropped it is unusable?

No...the user is trained...not the bios. However if you do, lets say, a wood bio and get trained in wood jutsu, once you drop that bio, you can't use wood as wood can only be used by wood bios. Same for ice, lava, sharingan, byakugan...basically any KG.

so if i get trained in Fire with my current bio and create a new bio it already has fire element,
