Gabriel stands with a black cloak over his body, with his hood down revealing his long white hair tied back into a ponytail. His ponytail whips in the wind and the hilts of his two blades can be seen peeking out of the top of the robe, however both blades are concealed on Gabriel's back within the robe.
As Gabriel stands before the shinobi of Iwa, he can sense the vast experience and power of the shinobi simply by his composure and serenity with his inner being. "I go by the name of Gabriel, I hail from Kirigakure, who might you be?" the young shinobi asks.
Gabriel awaits the reply of his opponent, while he stands with poise and calmness.

As Oraan has said that last bit, he charged the ground with lightning chakra underneath Gabriel and then punched the ground with his left fist wrapped in magnetism. The Combination causes a large purple beam to protrude from the ground underneath Gabriel like a geyser intending to lift gabriel into the air and mess with his bodies electromagnetic fields that prevent him from moving properly (This Tsunade vs Kabuto and how his body wouldnt function properly....but not that drastic). The purple beam is 5 meters in diameter, covering the entire range of Gabriel.

The Lightning chakra forms into lightning bolts that are wrapped with Magnetic chakra, giving off the appearance of a purple beam of energy that is charged with lightning. The geysers can range from one large or 3 alternating geysers that go out to Mid range and reach up to 10 meters in height, and five meters in width. The user can charge the geysers with either positive or negative magnetic chakra. If a target is successfully hit by this technique, they are paralyzed with users nerves being affected by the magnetic charge preventing proper motor functions (For 3 turns).

The fireball increases in size due to the fire chakra that the user sent into the ground and tries to swallow the opponent whole in the skulls mouth, where the opponent will be engulfed in flames.

As the shinobi gathers his chakra and surges electricity underneath Gabriel, Gabriel notics the purple essence of the Oraan gathering in his fist and Gabriel wastes no time leaping upwards as he makes two hand seals. Oraan's fist makes impact with the ground and causes the purple essence of lightning to rise beneath Gabriel just as a large sphere of powerful slicing wind surrounds Gabriel in a sphere. The beam rises, however it is only diffused and moves around the sphere just as Gabriel makes another hand seal. The addition of the hand seal creates an incredibly abrasive of earth around the sphere. In a quick succession Gabriel creates yet another seal, which disperses the sphere of wind and earth into two large gusts of wind with the abrasive and shredding power enough to cut through even crystals. The first gust of wind shoots downward benath Gabriel curving so that it would approach the Iwa shinobi from the front. The results, should Oraan still use his fire technique would cause the gust of wind and earth to collide with the skull and disperse it. The second gust heads towards Orran diagonally downwards from Gabriel's current position in the air.

Description: The user links together 2 handseals, creating a ravaging dome of slicing winds. The wind's speed and sharpness is increased to the max, having almost no rival in shredding power. At which point, the user ends the succession of handseals with an extra one, which infuses the wind with small particles of the strongest earth materials. This sets the abrasive power of the wind past it's limits, both Wind and Earth chakra working together to combine the roughness and tangibility of the earth against the sharpness and speed of the wind, creating an almost perfect defense against all matter, which is shredded to oblivion when it comes in contact.
With 1 handseal, the user is disperse the dome into 2 large gusts of wind that fly up to mid range.

As the two gusts of wind/earth travel towards Oraan, the earth begins to turn into Blazing earth and the entire battlefield is heated up. Before the gusts of wind/earth reach Oraan, he creates two large gusts of Solar Wind one after the other that travel towards the Gusts of wind/earth. Upon contact with the wind/earth gusts, the Solar Wind gusts overpower each, absorbing the wind in each gust making them stronger and merely overpowering the earth as they blast through and cancel each other out.

With no moment's hesitation, just after the release of his wind and earth technique, Gabriel makes a string of five hand seals at an amazing speed in order to trap Oraan within his illusion. Gabriel's intricate mastery over the genjutsu arts makes his speed in creating hand seals faster than most shinobi, being able to preform his five seals in the time it would normally take an ordinary shinobi to preform a single seal. Upon the final seal Oraan immediately finds himself bound in spiked chains around his limbs, body and neck. Inside Oran's body, several sharp wire suddenly manifest, which entagle within his body. The wires are tight and they further restrict his movement though they serve another purpose. As both the chains outside and wires inside tighten, they dig deeper into Oraan's body. The chains outside cut into his skin as they stretch apart slowly straining his limbs and peeling off flesh. The wires inside constrict inside to a point where they cut through his inner tissue, organs, and veins. The intensity of the illusion cast upon him would render Oraan in a paniced state due to the intense pain from the sensation of having his body stretched and shredded from the inside and out, and the suffocation from the chains around his neck.

Description: Requires 5 handseals. This jutsu acts as the opposite of False Surrounding (Kokohin). Instead of manipulating the opponent's perception of his/her surroundings, it changes the perception of his/her body by removing or adding organs/objects. This allows the user to remove limbs/organs, to prevent certain actions to be taken, such as ripping one's eyes to make the opponent blind, removing one's lungs to make the user pass out from lack of air, removing one's legs to prevent the target from running etc, or add certain objects/organs, such as blades to one's stomach, or adding stitches to one's mouth, silencing them.
*Can only be used 3 times per battle*
*Opponent needs to find a way to counter or release the genjutsu in his countering turn when the illusion pertains to "removal" of organs or he'll lose conscience from the pain and mental strain*
With the frame of time Oraan took to complete his Fuin technique, Gabriel's casting of his genjutsu should occur just before Oraan has a chance to release his Solar wind, thereby interupting his counter (or just after, I think it's the former but I'm not sure with the framing).Immediately after, Gabriel follows with one more seal, which almost appears as if it was strung with the previous technique. Gabriel, once again channels his chakra into Oraan's body, however the chakra remains dormant within the shinobi's system, appearing as if nothing happened for the time being. At which point, Gabriel notices the snow melting all of a sudden and evaporating.

Description: The user will channel their chakra into their opponent's chakra via the Rat seal. The user's chakra will then remain dormant until the victim uses a technique B-rank or above. The resulting amount of chakra needed will cause the user's chakra to activate like a switch to cause the affects of the illusion. As the victim begins to channel their chakra for the technique they use, they will see several spiked chains shoot up and restrain them, wrapping all around their body and dragging them to the ground. The chains will gradually become tighter and tighter and the victim will feel the spikes of the chains sinking deeper into their bodies and also the lack of air from being restricted. Eventually, after so much tension, the victims will fall unconscious.
~This technique remains dormant for 3 turns only
~The technique (if activated) will render one's opponent unconscious after 2 turns.

At this point, Gabriel would be descending towards the blazing earth, which slowly spreads throughout the battleground. Having pre-occupied Oraan if for nothing else but a moment Gabriel draws, from inside his robe, a scroll and his Shine-Tsu-Hiko blade. As the scroll unravels, with the use of Gabriel's Katon chakra, he releases a large dragon which descends at an angle towards Oraan, however it's intent is not to directly hit him. The Dragon descends towards the ground and makes impact on the surface of the ground short range from Oraan. As the Dragon makes impact it causes a large explosion on the ground. The dragon being a focused construct of fire directed to the ground should've causes a crater in the ground and blown Oraan back with some injuries due to the explosion. However the impact and explosion of the dragon should also disrupt the Kanji symbles that creation and travel on the ground that activate the Fuinjutsu's sealing abilities of the other elements thus neautralizing that ability.

Description: The user through use of one their scrolls will summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards the enemy target and explodes upon impact.
At this point, Gabriel should've landed on the blazing earth however, having taken into consideration the blazing earth, just before making it to the ground, Gabriel stabs blade into the ground and balances on top of it, carefully, using basic chakra control as a means of helping him maintain his balance. Should the intensly heated earth still be active on the battle field, Gabriel would be safe as he avoids contact with the ground, and the indestructable blade he stands on assures his saftey for the moment. Should the explosion of the the dragon technique have been successful, Oraan would be released from the illusions cast upon him, as the shock from the explosion would've spiked him enough out of it, however he'd be shaken from the explosion.

My Solar Wind Technique doesnt require handseals whereas your Voodo tech requires 5 even at the speed of 1 I'd be way past using it by the time you put me in the genjutsu and even so nor would your gen stop me from using it.

Oraan binded in chains, finds it odd that he cannot sense the actual chains with his Intel Hat. Also Odd, Oraan can actually feel the chains hurting him when he knows that he shouldnt as he has metal chains wrapped around his entire body, making it impossible for him to be able to feel the chains harming him. This knowledge leaves him to know that he is in a genjutsu and Oraan activates Satsui no Hado that increases his strength and speed to slightly faster than Rock Lee without weights while he is now driven mad with an intent to kill his opponent. He then sends a surge of Solar Wind Chakra throughout his entire body and then jumps into the air and performs a string of 8 handseals extremely quickly as his chakra forms into a dome around the battlefield with you locked inside. THe Solar Wind Chakra slowly absorbs the heat of the entire battlefield and becomes stronger as it travels and forms into the dome. Then a stream of Green Wave inside of the dome to melt anything inside and turn the ground into Lava.
Taiyofuuton: Rorien no Nisshoku [Solar Wind: Lorien Eclipse]

Description: An Advanced form of Lorien Hands, the user first release a surge of Solar Wind chakra from their body AND THEN begins performing 8 handseals in the air. As the user is performing the handseals, the hands as well as the eyes glow green with Solar Wind chakra. The user will then project their hands in front of their body while channeling Solar Wind chakra through their hands (in a quick burst) into the air covering the entire battlefield to form a dome like prison. While being formed, the dome uses the sun to give off a green light that will blind the opponent causing the reflex motion to shield their eyes. This as well as casting extreme heat provided by the Solar Wind and amplified by the rays of the sun while inside the dome, burns the opponent beyond recognition with a green heat wave. The extreme heat is enough to ignite anything flammable as well as make the ground turn to lava, which will be cooled after 1 turn.
Note: Reasons user is immune to the light
*The sunlight reflects on the solar wind and travels inside of the dome, the user would have no reason to be blinded.
*Just like Lorien Hands, the effects are immune to the user.
Note: When done without sunlight, blinding doesnt happen.
Note: Heat is strong enough to evaporate up to B ranked water techniques.

Wishes I didnt cancel out other elements.....getting out of that tech and all other future genjutsu's wouldn't work as well....dammit.
Actually the way genjutsu layering works, according to scorps is that you cannot layer a stronger genjutsu on a weaker genjutsu. The idea behind this is; the disruption of the first genjutsu technique, which would be the first layer, has to be strong enough to sustain another genjutsu, second layer. If I had cast S-ranked Voodoo Chicken over top of A-ranked Dormant Punishment, it would've just wasted chakra for me as the affects of Dormant Punishment wouldn't have come into fruition had you activated it.
Also, for clarrification, I gain the hand seal speed from the mastery of NB genjutsu which gives me 1/5 the speed with handseals for genjutsu, so every hand seal is extremely fast. Personally I don't agree with the timeframe of the events, though your Solar Winds are fast they're only as fast as your reaction to activate them. The deduction of the genjutsu, in my mind, always requires at least a brief pause for the victim to actually deduce that they are, indeed, under a genjutsu and then take the appropriate actions. This would take a moment, not necessarily a long drawn out moment but for me to cast the 1 hand seal for my Dormant Punishment and stifle your ability to use chakra above C-rank. Also, with the description of the Voodoo chicken, the resctriction on your limbs should prevent the movement of your jump into the air, though I'll digress and come up with a counter in a little while.
