releasing edo tensei

i know it is soon and everything but do you think that the 2nd hokage will release edo tensei (confused) he could release he is the one who created it

Orochimaru perfected it, maybe he can escape but not cancel the jutsu.

He could release it himself if he wanted to or if he is able to keep his will intact, on top of being able to teach the first hokage how to do so. Doubt Minato does or will seeing as how his wife is waiting for him in the perfect world.
