Relation between Madara's trump card and Hashirama

Like you probably know, latest chapter clearly created a relation between Madara's trump card and Hashirama. If you didn't, just notice Madara's statement

He clearly mentions he has no other choice and that he doesn't have time for this either, which is in clear relation with what he stated before when he saw Obito becoming Jubi's Jinchuriki

I start to think the trump card he was talking about was to gain "more power from Hashirama" or "more Hashirama"(DNA) in order to become stronger or more complete for some reasons.

I believe we will also get the answer about how Madara managed to fool Hashirama into him believing he died that night, since i think there is a relation between Madara's survival and his jutsu. It may be a jutsu that Madara managed to read from the Uchiha tablet or a special EMS technique from his own dojutsus techniques(remember we only saw Susanoo and to some extent EMS genjutsu so far)

But what do you think about my reasoning? What are your thoughts around it?

I see it more as a way to prevent Hashirama from being able to fight Obito. If Obito is able to be weakened but not killed by other hokage, Naruto and Sasuke then Madara (or even Orochimaru) could try taking over his body with soul technique. Madara hasn't been shown to be able to use it but I still think it is possible knowing it has been his goal to be resurrected again and his plan to use the rinne tensei failed, thus is final chance is to take over Obito and become the juubi jinchuuriki. I expect that with the combined power of the four kages plus naruto and sasuke they could do a lot to overwhelm Obito. Taking out Hashirama reduces their fighting potential by a lot.

I do believe it's safe to assume that there is a relation, judging from what Madara said in this chapter. However, I do not think that it has to do with him wanting more DNA from Hashirama in order to become stronger, or complete; Madara has already shown that he can use-- what seems to be --high-level Mokuton Jutsu, like the Wood Dragon, for example. But I found what you said about it relating to the Jutsu he used to survive in his battle with Hashirama to be somewhat interesting.

I think it's just because he doesn't want hashirama to fight Juubito yet because he's planning something :dunno:

I guess Madara just wants to keep Hashirama busy until Other Edo Hokages plus Naruto/Sasuke will make Obito weak enough against sealed Juubi then Madara will use certain rinnegan technique to take control over Obito again & make Obito sacrifice himself using rinne tensei justsu for Madara's revival in human form. Then Madara will try to become Juubi's jinchuriki. (Madara has 1 of his eye with Obito)

If Hashirama also joins the fight with Juubito then definitely Hashirama plus edo hokages plus Naruto/Sasuke will control or defeat Juubi and will kill Obito. This will not give Madara a chance to revive himself and become jinchuriki of Juubi.
