Probably huge spoilers for the Attack on Titan manga. SPOILER ALERT.
As we all know, Reiner's goal after capturing Eren was to bring him to his 'hometown',
there's been a lot of speculation around the hometown and it's whereabouts whereas it's already been told by Reiner himself.
The first time Reiner talked to Eren and Armin he told them about the hometown where they lived which was located in the mountains of Wall Maria,
Armin seemed shocked because that was one of the few places which wasn't notified regarding the titan invasion and attack, it was also one of the first places to get completely 'destroyed'.
Soon after they started talking about their goals and why they decided to join the military,
Bertholdt's reason was to live peacefully as a military police in the inner walls, probably making it easier for him to attack the king and in doing so,
finding out where the coordinate resides. Reiner's reason was different, he said he wanted to return to his hometown at all cost,
this implies that there is something or someone waiting for them at the hometown in the mountains of wall maria.
We already know that Reiner and Bertholdt didn't manage to capture eren and bring them to their hometown safely and returned to one of the walls as seen in manga chapter 51.1 and 51.2,
this means the hometown was located INSIDE the walls.
So; the hometown Reiner's talking about lies inside the walls, to be more precise, inside wall maria, which has been taken over by titans.
Reiner bertholdt and Ymir are back on a wall, perhaps the wall maria. This leads me to believe that there are different 'tribes' of titans and the the gorilla titan is a titan from the tribe of reiner.
