Ok so a lot of you might already know this but I just thought it was pretty interesting to think about. The reason why obito is not a reincarnation and why it took so long for the new reincarnations to be born Is because madara was cheating death. Madara lived for a reallyyyy long time. Notice that as soon as madara died naruto an sasuke were born.

I don't think so. From the chapter, I rather got that the "transmigration" stopped shortly after the Vote battle. And Naruto/Sasuke were born a few years after Madara's death, not "as soon as Madara died"...
