[Discussion] Reincarnation? Or nah?

I know in One Piece anything is possible.. but I'm on the fence about this one, and I want to hear what you guys have to say..


Was this the moment that Oda wanted to show us that Merry's spirit, or "Klabautermann", was reincarnated? And is now alive again and with the SH's?

Or is this Oda not making it a fact, rather just having Usopp and co. express that that's how they feel about it.. because of the likeness that the "Merry 2" had with the original Going Merry?
Not that the REAL spirit / Klabautermann of the original ship is actually reborn into it?

Lol I hear ya.. that would make sense too.. but the following page in that chapter shows The Thousand Sunny's face in one separate panel and then the Merry 2's face in another separate panel as well.. I know it sounds weird, but I felt like Oda was trying to make a point about them being two characters.

In the going merry movie theyve shown the klabauterman at the end, also if oda ends up destroying merry fans would kinda miss her. And for some reason the going merry 2 is kinda making me not miss the going merry. Also no one said that the spirit of the going merry was on the thaosan sunny, franky didnt say that, he said that hopefully the spirit of the merry would go to the thaosand sunny.
