Reincarnation and Plot Holes

So, I've got to say that Kishi has outdone himself this time. Hashirama and Madara were reincarnations of Ashura and Indra. Problem is, so are Naruto and Sasuke. If they all have the same soul, how are Naruto/Hashirama and Sasuke/Madara alive at the same time? Of course, the obvious out is that they only host Ashura and Indra's chakra instead of their actual souls.

But that creates a new problem. It's more or less implied that the reason Madara and Hashirama (As well as Naruto and Sasuke) are so OP is because they have that chakra. Yet Madara died, and Indra's chakra passed down to Sasuke. Which means when Madara reincarnated, he shouldn't have possessed Indra's power any longer. Yet he's more overpowered than ever, even before he became the Jinchuuriki. Same with Hashirama and Naruto.

The sage explained that when madaras time was up as the reincarnation, he resorted to the juubi's power. Sasuke is the current Indra.

Just as others from uchiha have the same chakra type as madara, madara had the same as indra. Just because its migrated over time, doesn't mean its the same exact chakra, more like parts of it or the same strand of chakra.

Madara is OP because he has Rinnegan and EMS techniques, Mokuton SM just gave Madara faster reaction speed and more speed...

no. when they die its gets transfered to the next person. when edo tensei comes into play it dont change the fact that indra was already out of madara since he died. and his revival fully mortal now only means he is really strong but can be brought down....indra is now in sasuke thats it. its not a hole its transmigration of a soul

These are not plot holes, dumb. Madaras was able to unlock Rinnegan, which gained him the power of Sage. Where are the plot holes? Hashirama is the same, just edo.

They host them.
Obviously Madara is strong when he is Uchiha + has Hashi's DNA implanted in him + Rinnegan unlocked.
Even without Indra hosting him anymore, because he unlocked Hagoromo's power.

Hashirama is self-explanatory because he is an edo tensei and edo tensei is a space/time jutsu. Edo Nagato even had the rinnegans when the originals were with Obito and Edo Itachi had his sharingans even though the original's were extracted and infused into Sasuke's.

Madara is explained because he too was once edo tensei and his Rinnegan, which encompassed Hagoromo's chakra, which encompasses both senju and uchiha chakra was given to Nagato before he died.
