Restrictions: Gedo Mazou
Intel: Manga I guess, so basically none.

Scenario 2: Paths are replaced by alive and healthy Nagato.

The Edo Kages win Low to Mid difficulty. Urestrict Chibaku Tensei and Chou Shinra Tensei and Pein has a chance. But the Third Raikage's durability and striking capabilities makes it unlikely.

Kage low difficulty, even with Chibaku Tensie and Shou Shinra Tensie unrestricted.

4th Kazekage gold dust will restrain all summoning animals, and the animal path is raped by Kazekage.
Mizukage can cast Genjutsu to make it harder and explodes his oil clone blowing human path and preta path.
It leaves with 3rd Raikage overwhelming Deva and Asura with his speed and physical strength.

Reading the location, Chibaku Tensie is impossible to be used, as Nagato needs to be close enough. But even then, Jinton takes the orb out.

Yin release genjustu and the streaming tyrant can't really be stopped.

Can't be absorbed because it is an explosion and it's all natural (not really chakra use)

Along with Muu who has jinton, that's already too much.

-third raikage assaults them head on at CQC.. As nothing short of a boss sized ST is even scratching his RNY... And him being an efficient Taijutsu fighter would mean that he can take care of preta early on.. As preta is the only real threat to Muu
-Animal summons are chopped by raikages HFN and with the kazekage attacking the paths continously through his gold dust.. Whilst the genjutsu is up... The paths are not wining this at all

Genjutsu mist really >.> Not only does pain have a flying summon and a jutsu that could dissipate giant bunches of it at once but its made of chakra so preta will most likely absorb it

I assume the Kages aren't Edo. In this case Pain wins with low-mid difficulty, considering the only real threat here is the sandaime Raikage.

Nagato is a sensor, and has a rain technique that let's him detect anything in Amegakure. If he uses the rain tech, he can find Muu, Destroy the clam, and do something horrifically violent to the 4th Kazekage.
