There's a regular order and forcefull order apparently. I'm assuming the "wall" is a forceful one, this is also seen when Niji wants to kick Sanji and Judge tells him to stop and the later does so almost instantly. Could be just authority but whatever

I just made another dumb connection; Sanji fought a Judge(3 headed/3 brothers) at Enies Lobby which this arc resembles a lot, also that fight is where he unlocked Diable Jambe which is pretty much a forgone conclusion now that it's part of his families power. Sanji stayed back to fight the Judge at EL because of his family issues.
