Everyone (Sasuke too) saw through Naruto's heart what Itachi meant for him.
Do you think that Itachi's memory will be rehabilitated at the end of the war?

Possibly Sasuke could unlock the rest of itachi's memories, through PS??? Wild guess.

But now all saw through Naruto's heart that he (and Nagato) have been important for Naruto. So maybe the truth will be revealed at the end of the war. And maybe that "flashback" changed Sasuke's heart too!

He is saying since Naruto showed the nations flashbacks of what he saw and heard, he wondered if flashbacks of Itachi saying things to Naruto would come out as well.

And i'm guessing what you're trying to say is that Naruto and co. will remember Itachi's will and possibly
speak the truth about Itachi somewhere when Sasuke gets PS or just another power-up or when the arc is near the end.

If the people get to know that Itachi was actually a hero, than they get to know Konoha's part in it as well.
They will have to be told about the coup d'etat of the Uchiha too. Most of the shinobi alliance might not even care about what happened in Konoha, if they are not from that village themselfs. There is so much that must be told to explain Itachi's life and his battle with Sasuke too where Itachi sacraficed himself and how he later came back as Edo tensei. Can this be done? I dont know. That cant be done in a few manga panels so this would take lot of time right? It is a difficult question OP.
