Tsunade can regen and recreate her dmg cell or "rebirth" her cell.

An unborn baby is still part of the mother before it seperated, still i think if Naruto can remake Kakashi long lost eye, he can just recreate a baby at any stage 0-9month...

If Tsunade is pregnant, she can give birth then re create/rebirth another baby..

Dude, science in Naruto world...
but here you go : when the baby cut off from the mama, she still has the left part of the baby that contain the requirement DNA and from there tsunade regen/rebirth ability can create a new one/cell.
The momment she got impaled, major part of her stomach is gone, not just a simple cut that can be sewed, but she can regen a new body part any way, it defy the science, so we can only use the NV science in this case.
