Madara was bound to turn evil and rebel against the village. I believe no matter what madara couldn't forget how his brother hated the thought of joining forces with the senju and any little excuse he could find was reason enough to go rouge. Its the curse of the uchiha, even after tobirama is gone and hiruzen is hokage the uchiha can't escape the curse and plan a rebellion. So after hearing tobirama then reading the tablet madara decides to use the uchiha curse to his advantage...I wonder what the tablet truely reveals tho, any thoughts ?

Edit: After reading some insightful theories I believe the tablet revels how the senju and uchiha are directly related to the sage (ying&yang) and learns that by stealing hashi's DNA he would become closer to the sage...eventually resulting in the rinnengan

Tobirama can't read the Uchiha tablet. If you want to read the tablet you must posses a Sharingan which he didn't.
I didn't say tobirama could sir...I'm saying after madara read the tablet he decided to use the curse of hatred to his advantage and formed his plan. But I'm wondering what the tablet could possibly hint at

Nope. This is clearly about Tobirama.
Nope. No one trusted a clan who didnt act like Hashirama and in fact wanted to be more "senju".
All Tobirama did was propose a democracy, and correct Hashirama in his way of thinking (Hashirama thought he could appoint Madara as Hokage by himself, does this remind you of dictatorship? Tobirama outright proposed a democracy).

All Tobirama did was voice the opinions of the villagers, and at that time no one really trusted the uchiha.
Both the senju and the uchiha are at fault. Instead of the villagers trying to be more like "KONOHA" their own people and ideas, they wanted to be "senju". They paid the price for not trusting the uchiha clan. Yes, tobirama wanted to keep an eye on the clan, but he also gave them a way to be accepted. The konoha polince orce would be a way for them to EARN Trust. Hashirama is the one that's going around giving out trust like's it's the ice cream man. Trust is EARNED not given outright. If the people in konoha don't trust the uchiha, then shouldn't they ask "how can we earn everyone's trust ?" by immersing yourself in the village, becoming one with them.

Both parties are at fault

part of this is true but where are you getting the rest from?

there was no such thing as trust issues between the village and the Uchiha until after Tobirama became kage. he was responsible for Madara leaving the village with his constant female talk about rumor this and rumor that. then he segregated the Uchihas where the prison used to be and always kept an eye on them even though it was only Madara who attacked the village.

more blame should be put on that guy than anyone else. anyone who values their freedom and rights would eventually rebel against an authority who segregates your people and keeps tabs on everything you do. quit making excuses for the guy. U_U

In reality Tobirama was right and Hashirama should of listened. If he killed Madara when Tobirama told him there would be no war going on and wouldn't be facing the end of the world right now.

I mean I agree with you, but I see where hashi is coming from. Madara and hashi had a bound and hashi hoped like naruto does that it could be settled. Tobiramas way would have been alot easier tho
