Can't someone, say sakura, just come and give him enough chakra for a summoning so he can summon the king of hell for the restoration of his arm?

that is possible, but i dont see that happening, i either see them getting white zetsu arms made by orochimaru as a way to show hes good, or sakura just reattaches them or tsunade

their arms can't be Reattached because they were completely destroyed

it isn't sure that sasuke has left arm in the last, his chibi design has no left arm but about naruto, I think gedo’s right arm warped by kakashi should be transplanted in him, and that requires kamui
that means DMS Kakashi is coming back
