While we have seen Hagoromo talk only once in the anime (the flashback when he was talking to the bijuu), do you think that this voice should be reused when the anime catches up to the part to where Hagoromo is talking to Naruto? I ask this because sometimes character is initially introduced, they will have a voice actor/actress that is different to when we next see them.
Who would you see as doing Hagoromo's English voice? For me, Robert Bruce Elliot comes to mind. Starting at the 17:04 mark, this is where you see the voice of Macarov in the Funi Fairy Taild dub (there is another dub that's one of those Asian English dubs that I find worse than a 4kids dub):

Please note: This isn't a dub vs. sub question, rather, it's about who you think would seems appropriate for doing Hagoromo's Eng. and Jap. voices/
Hagoromo's seiyuu, Tōru Nakane has done work in various Japanese erotic/porno films. Ironically, another great sage, Jiraiya, is noted for his porno books.
Finally, I wonder if it's safe to say that apart from Naruto and Asura, the shinobi that are most deserving in having Hagoromo's blessing/power would be Pervy Sage and the Ame Orphans (Just as Naruto does have Asura's reincarnated chakra, this is a reason why I think Hagoromo's chakra was reincarnated into Nagato). A reason why I ask this because a ch. 446 flashback where Jiraiya telling Nagato about how Hagoromo was the first to understand the real meaning of chakra, Jiraiya also says that being a ninja is about making peace not war.
In a figurative sense, Naruto has/is the Asura Path because he has Asura's reincarnated chakra and because his view of peace corresponds with Asura's decision/route/path towards peace.
