[Discussion] Red leg Zeff and Black leg Sanji...

So what i find odd is that Zeff was called "Red leg Zeff" because his kicks were so hard that they left his shoes covered with the enemies blood.

Now, Sanji has already surpassed Zeff but why aren't his kicks similar to Zeff's to the point where his shoes are covered with the enemies blood? I mean usually when Sanji kicks people they just get knocked back whereas Zeff's kicks got his shoes all bloody so why isn't the same thing happening with Sanji?

Is it because Oda doesn't want Sanji to kick that hard for censorship or what?

But I go for the first, because when his bounty was introduced he wasn't using Haki + It could've been blazing leg because of DJ...
