I dont think so. Everyone was hyped up before timeskip. Was Zeff strong? Yes he was, probably had strong "Observation" or "Arnament" haki. But i regretfully say Sanji has long surpassed his master now.

I don't think you understand how pivotal his leg is. Without his pivoting leg his kicks have zero power.. sanji minus a leg = fodder.

Yes because if he couldn't turn he has zero power behind his kicks. If he used the wooden leg it just breaks. And if you put him on the ground he has more trouble getting up.
