I want Joseph Gordon Levitt. I think he could make for a scary ass Red Hood!It better ****ing be Jensen Ackles.
I dunno. Jensen did a great job voicing Jason Todd in Under the Red Hood, and he has the physicality and gritty demeanor for it, as well as the fighting experience from doing Supernatural.I want Joseph Gordon Levitt. I think he could make for a scary ass Red Hood!
They're really not...Superhero movies are the only good movies to watch these days
Damn, I hit google and I agree now!I dunno. Jensen did a great job voicing Jason Todd in Under the Red Hood, and he has the physicality and gritty demeanor for it, as well as the fighting experience from doing Supernatural.
as a comic book nerd, I agree. As a anime nerd, I have hopes the comic book success leads to good anime adaptions.Superhero movies are the only good movies to watch these days
What are you talking about? There is only about one comic book adapted movie every year that is 'good'. The only notable film was Guardians of the Galaxy which came out in 2014 and before that you'd be looking at The Dark as the next highlight. and even then none of those films come close to being film of the year candidates apart from the latter and the only saving grace for that was Heath ledger's performance and demise.as a comic book nerd, I agree. Let me clarify what I mean by good. Disney's Marvel films critically rank well, from average to above average with critics and even higher with moviegoers. The product has been good enough that this stuff is now culturally accepted. I'm in my 20s now. I remember being in middle/high school when it was looked down upon. Fast forward now and the girls in the undergraduate comp classes I teach, who would have been the "popular" girls in my high school are the hugest gamers/comic book nerds ever. What are you talking about? The only movies that were halfway decent this year were Avengers 2 and Ant-man which were average at best. Don't get me started on Fantastic 4. It's quite remarkable actually how they release 4-5 superhero movies per annum and only 1 or 2 of those every five years are even worth mentioning in the long run. What's even worse is how much money these movies make and consistently hit blockbuster status because of the people who actually pay to go see this kind of stuff.
If you think the only good films that come out in the movies are Superhero flicks then god help you. There have been loads of things out this year that are much better than the aforementioned comic book films such as: Mad Max, Sicario, Ex Machina just to name a few.
Whereas comic-book adapted TV series are probably the best things on TV right now with the likes of Gotham, Arrow, Flash and Netflix's Daredevil & Jessica Jones being enjoyable but movies are a different element and despite the vast amount of money it makes, it doesn't offer that much quality.
agreed. More media outlets are reporting this, so where there's smoke the might be fire.If this is true, I'll be happy. Love Red Hood.
