Recording ingame

Hi base .
Can anyone recommend a good program which can record ingame and the FPS ingame should remain normal not between 10-20 FPS .

Sorry im not into computers so can anyone help ?

Camstudio is a fail.

Try Fraps,if you really want to get into it,buy it,if not...go the "Not so Legal" way.

Yea camstudio did like "blinking graphics" but ill go with FRAPS , thanks for teh posts !
