okay, so first of all, its been lonng, so hiee everyone!
now please hear this out,
i have finished a lot of animes and now i am in a fix of what to watch next, and i am not one of those people who irritate you by asking for recommendations after finishing one or two animes, ive literally ran outta options.
here's a list of animes i ve watched and that i liked. i wouldnt mind if you recommend an awesome manga,also rate the anime u recommended on 10

i loved codegeass! death note was good too but the second half sucked.
OP, fairy tail is epic. brotherhood had the best plot i ever saw!.
animes that are psychological,intelligent,powerbased are my personal favourite.
like FT,codegeass,oneouts etc so please help me out. please leave no ****** comments :l

You must read/watch History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi. I liked this manga and anime, there are a lot of funny things(action anime).

its not about being a suspense loving guy, i love them and the reason why i watched DN and codegeass. but i am not a kinda guy who watches somethin without knowin whats going on

Absolutely, man. And seriously, do NOT stop before episode 5, cause as slow as it starts out, it is amazing! Widely considered the best anime, and I don't disagree And it fits your criteria, except for being power-based.

Samurai Champloo (10/10 - you gotta give the "hip-hop" anime a shot, man)
Clannad (10/10 - it's definitely psychological, if only for the fact the drama will **** with you for real)
Mushi-shi (10/10 - psychological, not for everyone, but definitely worth seeing just to see if it is)
Gurren Lagann (9/10 - fits your criteria to a T)
Wolf's Rain (9/10 - not power-based, but definitely intelligent and psychological)
Baccano! (10/10 - considered on par with Bebop, and the cast is probably the best in all of anime)
Durarara!! (10/10 - pretty much Baccano!'s twin, but that's in no way a bad thing)
Ergo Proxy (9/10 - somewhat power-based, and definitely the other two)
