Kingdom is really good if you like One Piece. It's incomplete though

Elfen Lied and Deadman Wonderland are both excellent but very graphic. They are both complete

Feng Shen Ji has fantastic Artwork and is colored, not technically a Manga though, it is chinese. Only part 1 is complete, part 2 is ongoing

Evangelion is great, it was completed last year.

Rosario + Vampire (and Capu2) is great for Casual reading, not much serious fighting until the end of seasons 1 and 2. It ended a few months ago

Noblesse is amazing, but it is not a Manga technically, it is Korean. Also it is incomplete

Eureka 7, Inuyasha, Soul Eater, and Shaman King are all Complete

xxxHolic part 1 is complete, part 2 is ongoing

And Finally there is High School of the dead which is also complete.

That should keep you busy for a while
