Recent Chapter makes Hashirama more powerful than Hagoromo

Indra and Ashura are 100% featless, and have the full power of their respective bloodlines, so there is merit in claiming VOTE Hashi and Madara are stronger. We also don't know what happened in the fight with the Juubi, so we can't judge in that aspect either. We do know that while Hagoromo only had his brother, Hashi needed the assistance of 3 other top tiers just to trap it in a barrier, could only restrain it, and became so weakened by doing so that he couldn't even take part in the actual fight against the Juubi. He could barely make any clones, and they were fodder anyway. He didn't even have a way to seal Bijuu. Not to mention he should technically have an advantage over Hagoromo since he had the powers of the Half of Rikudo's bloodline, after he became the Juubi Jin, while Hagoromo had yet to reach his Rikudo status.

Yes the brothers are featless and nothing puts them higher than VOTE legends. And SM Hashirama by feats goes above non-jin Hagoromo.

Looks to me as Ashura was having mokuton as well and seemingly bijuus or their chakra.

Indra has high chance of having SM on top of MS-EMS, trained by so6p and regarded as excellent by him.

Honestly i would bet on brothers.

Hagoromo and his bro seemed to posses onmyoudon (staffs) b4 sealing juubi which puts them above hashirama.

Sometimes feats aren't needed to state the obvious you genius. There are no "feats" that suggest that Izuna is greater than sakura, but everyone knows that's true.(I hope you do....) just to first reiterate a few things people have already said.the current juubi is not at 100%, as the sage and his brother split the juubi between them. also the fact that the version of the juubi that hashi pinned down was even less than the supposed 50 percent. that version was missing virtually all of kurama's and hachibi's chakra, only having kin/gin and a tail respectively of each. so this is a considerably weaker version. the version hogoromo and his brother fought probably had intelligence. also keep in mind that wood style is a natural suppressant for bijuu, we can assume they didn't have that to aid them. plus we have no idea how the fight went between the brothers and the juubi. for all we know they could have done it in easily, we just don't know. but we do know hashi is nowhere near as powerful as he was post or pre jin.

as for his sons, we have seen almost nothing of theirs except one panel. we know Indra has PS, which we can assume he got without EMS as there is no brother to trade eyes with. so that in it self puts him above madara, who only recieved this after achieving EMS. but most importantly, you have to realize they are the beggining of the bloodlines. there blood/genes are the purest and everything that comes after has been diluted/thinned thanks to them being the only one of their kind. hashirama and madara are not as powerful as them. the best they could hope for is to surpass them in skill and hope that ninjutsu has evolved enough for them to surprise them with new jutsu.
