That is correct. Basil gave a small box of pills to Tsuna when Basil left to Italy. I can't remember what episode it was but the girls threw a party for the guardians because they won the 'sumo' championship.

The one were he's calm is during the mukoro fight then he uses the dying will flame to train and after that he no longer uses it until a sertin event which I won't say so I don't spoil it I also recommend reading the manga because the animation doesn't continue
