Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.
Creative uses/strengths: Can be useful with a Clone as you said, or at anytime the opponents vision is hindered. Able to attack from a different angle.
Drawbacks/counters:Requires the transfer of chakra into the sky, causing the overall time it takes this jutsu to be elongated. Multiple wind Jutsu or evasive Jutsu can be used to counter this technique.

Creative uses/strengths: Can be mixed with multiple Taijutsu attacks and with fast delivery.
Drawbacks/counters: Limited range requiring for close combat. Is able to be blacked with speedy with Jutsu and some Taijutsu will be able to divert the pathway in which this technique is released.

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyses the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.
Creative uses/strengths: Try and use this Jutsu when in an opponents blind spot. Has a decent numbing/paralyzing factor
Drawbacks/counters: Maintains connection to the shuriken can give away your location and make you subjective to water element.
