I'll do the RP with you on another field, I have a feeling you really want to finish this one xD So just analysis, I'll explain more as we get to the technique.
Now, tell me, what is Fuuinjutsu and what does it entail? You have an Uzumaki bio, how do you plan on utilizing Fuuinjutsu more for this? Also, why is it cool? U_U

. Fuuinjutsu is one of my favorite and most used abilities in this RP. It's highly versatile and can be used against any type of ability depending on the technique. Being one of the only Uzumaki users on NB, it's was a personal staple of mine and I'm looking forward to learning it again. "Why is it cool." Well, to put it simply. Fuuinjutsu is love, Fuuinjutsu is life.

It's indeed very cool. Nonetheless, here are some of my explanations on it, and also, one Vex uses which I must say is pretty cool. Despite him being a snake and all.
Fuuinjutsu is indeed complex, and can be used to seal things from people, to chakra, to inanimate objects and even, abstract things like souls z,z It entails the use of seals, that are triggered by a certain stimuli (most commonly, the opponent's chakra), and then activated to perform a certain action, which usually results in said target being sealed into an inanimate object, or chakra leeched from them. Though some other uses are like bring forth, and sealing weapons, to access them easier. We've seen Sasuke bring forth Shuriken and kunai, and even some of that string stuff he uses. Tenten, through the use of scrolls, has seals which bring forth weapons, even a lot of them, meaning the "space" in which things are sealed is large, or rather, undefined. Hand seals or Kanji are used for binding, and chakra, to maintain. Strong enough forces, and certain other "keys" can be used to break, or open seals. We've seen that the Uzumaki are quite epic when it comes to sealing, and were capable of sealing a Tailed Beast inside a baby boy, without hurting him in the slightest. Not only that, but even Kinjutsu, entails Fuuinjutsu (you actually need to have Fuuin before you can get Kin). This is because of Edo Tensei, and some advanced stuff requires knowledge of Sealing. It actually comes fort quite a lot in the manga, from the basic scroll seals, to seals that close the cave where the Akatsuki met, seals that hold Bijuus, Itachi's hax Sasunoo sword that seals people, Shinigami that seals souls, eyes that are sealed to hide something, The sages' weapons thatt are unsealed from a gourd, you get the idea.

Alright cool. Just analyze (strengths, weaknesses, what you think of the technique, etc) the technique for me. I'll tell you which ones to perform, or if I have another request.
Clap your hands together, and focus your chakra, in order to create a spherical detection barrier, with you at its center. The barrier can expand upon command, and within the barrier, you can detect anything. Useful if you don't have sensing.
Now, a more trap based technique, where you will place an array of explosive markers around a certain area. This trap activates when the opponent's chakra makes contact with the seals (when in close range) which causes the seals to activate and then explode with quite some power. Great for the Ninja World, but easily detected with a Doujutsu and by sensors.
Don't like barriers? Use this technique to destroy up to B ranks barriers. You will insert your chakra into an active barrier, and interfere with the source of the barrier that is fueling it, and cancel it, shattering its shell.

A basic technique. as you stated it's a nice form of "demi-sensing" however it cannot detect opponents underground. I guess I should ask, when you expand the technique the entire battlefield, does it continue to last at that size as long as you fuel the technique with chakra? or does it go back to mid range after that turn?
I always liked this technique in Ninja World, for forming defenses around a village, although because of it's ranged, it needs to be used multiple times for expand across an area. I understand it fully and have no questions.

One of my favorites, a technique where you will slam your hands onto the ground and generate a spherical barrier that surrounds the opponent in a pink cuboid structure, which starts draining the opponent's chakra as it manifests. Once inside this barrier, the opponent cannot mold chakra above S rank, and the barrier can only be broken by B rank techniques, or by attacking the user of the technique. Quite simple.
A supplementary based technique where you will create 2 or more scrolls with an embedded sealing formula that binds them all. Anything written in one scroll, will appear in other scrolls and as such, it makes it great for communication in the Ninja World, no matter the distance between them. To activate the scroll, you need to perform a key of hand seals, unique to each creation and is only known to who the user needs it to know. This prevents others from reading or using the scrolls.

Seeing an incoming attack, Hei quickly crouches down, placing a pre-made tag upon the ground. This erects a spherical battier around him, blocking the incoming technique of appropriate rank; defending him from harm.
a nice defensive concept.. does it work against B-ranked Elemental ninjutsu? or just standard?

Hei takes out a couple of blank tags. writing the sealing formula upon them. Then after summoning a basic Eel, Hei places the tag upon it. Allowing the formula to spread around the Eel; sealing it.
Standard sealing technique.. takes time so best used against hindered opponents.
Hei studies the formula designed to seal a Jinchuuriki's incomplete form. He then places the tags in his coat. "If I ever face one, these will be useful."
It says there incomplete form.. does that include all there incomplete forms? like the basic chakra shroud?

Pretty cool, and difficult to stop, if the opponent can't see the seal.
A very weird technique, and also one used by the Sound Four to keep Sasuke in that damn bucket. Once the opponent is trapped in a container, five sealing tags will be placed in a pentagon shape, locking the opponent is suspended animation for a single turn.
With this technique, you will take out a scroll, and write on it the element you wish to seal within said scroll. Four hand seals are then formed, from which a vapour is then released. The scroll then seals the technique by enveloping it. Weird technique to be honest though, and not very useful.

If you don't mind. I'm going to drop the RP. I'll simply give my input on the technique and ask any questions about it since half of the Fuuinjutsu are types of seals or tags.. It'll get repetitive if I keep saying things like "Hei writes another seal and said scroll" etc. If you want me to continue in the RP format.. we can go back to it next set..
It's like an Explosive tag only it functions like a mine, simple enough. Can this technique be combined with techniques that make clones of Kunai, Senbon, etc. In order to litter the battlefield with these tags?
Strange indeed. I don't see the use of this for battle or RP as other, more efficient seals can be used. Could the container be something made of water? say the water prison technique that zabuza used. would one combined the technique, in order to keep the opponent trapped while freeing themselves. In order to attack the opponent freely?
Useful technique that can be used in multiple ways. only question I have is the speed of the technique? when we see pervy sage use the jutsu, it takes quite a while in the anime.

No worries, that's cool with me. As for your questions, yes that tag can be multiplied, second question, I don't believe so, and third question, it does indeed take a while.
One of the cooler techniques, where you will have special sealing marks on your clothing or body, which act as a gateway to summon forth ninja tools like shuriken, kunai, swords, etc. By touching the sealing mark, the weapon is summoned, making it faster than taking the weapon from your holster, or ninja pouch, for example. Mention it in your bio that you have it, and what you can summon from it.
A more advanced version than the Dome Method Formation, where you will create a tag with the Kyoka Kanji, and place it on the ground. The confrontation hand seal is formed and the barrier is erected. Within this barrier, one will be able to detect the opponent, even if their presence is masked.
An advanced version of Infinite Embraces, where you will form the five hand seals, and slam your hands onto the ground. This creates a large barrier which drains the opponent's chakra, and also pushes down on them, making it impossible for them to move or easily break. The opponent can't mold chakra above A rank, and the barrier can only be broken by A rank techniques, or by attacking the user.

A usefule technique which allows the user to conceal a multitude of weapons withough weighing him down and increaces the speed in which the weapons can be produced. overall a nice technique and I find it highly useful in close combat. No questions.
A hightly useful technique, it can even find Muu and the Chimera Chameleon while hidden within their camouflage. A feat not even Sage Mode could do. Only question is; Do you have to set the tag on the ground? or can you place it on something else? like a wall/dome/tree/etc.
Hightly useful in all manors of the term. Best used with allies for most success. I assume you cannot move or focus chakra for other technique's while this is in use?

Fairly basic and useful technique. by simple focusing your chakra into the seal you are able to disrupt it, negating it's affects. Limited to B-rank and below.. No questions.
A nice technique if you're trying to capture someone alive. I can think of some useful combo's with this method. no questions.
A nice technique if you ever manage to get some of your opponents blood. I'm trying to develop a Animal Path technique that functions in a similar way. Rather straight forward. no questions.

A tag, with the symbol for restrict. You will place it on the opponent, causing an electrical current to be generated that is not physically harmful. This restricts their muscles, but only prevents the opponent from using A rank Tai for up to three turns. Kind meh, since there are like 3 canon A rank Tai techniques.
A simple technique, which requires either four people, or four clones that stand in square formation and form the snake hand seal. They will then clasp their hands together, and a barrier will for around them, stopping anyone to come into the square, if they do touch the barrier, they will be engulfed by violet flames, and a secondary barrier is added to prevent them from being attacked. Each barrier can sustain an A rank hit.
An advanced version of the previous one, this one can only be used four Kage ranked people, or if the user is Sage rank, with four clones. They will stand in square formation, create a barrier which can withstand most S rank techniques and you can still do hand seals, and perform techniques whilst sustaining the technique.
