Rebirth death seal op with clones?

If you think about it minato and the 3rd are more op with rebirth(more minato lol sorry sarutobi) and heres why. Rebirth death seal can be used with clones manga fact. This means that minato could use a clone and have it use rebirth death seal on an opponent. The enemy doesnt have to die to the jutsu even losing the chakra in there arms would cost them the match. As minato was able to seal a kyuubi im sure his clone wouldnt ave trouble using it on somebody even if it doesnt kill them.

Or even minato would be free to attack if the clone was holding the enemy down with rb meaning the clone wouldnt even have to successfully seal anything as long as the enemy was held there.

What do you think? This could be the answer to many difficult vs's

A clone alone does not have a soul, RDS can only be performed of the user is alive and the user has a soul to use. Only the original person can use RDS because that original has an existing soul.

well a clone can use it as shown by sarutobi but the other guy said even if clone used minato would still die and i was wondering if he had a scan or something that said this

When a clone pops the effects transfer to the original. Hiruzen would have died even if his main body didn't use RDS as well
