what I mean is that the gentle fist user doesn't need to strike the area of where the major organs are located directly to damage it. "how?" you may ask. well most of us know that the user channels some of his own Chakra through the Chakra network to damage it (the Chakra network). and since many major organs are closely intertwined with the Chakra Network a severe internal damage would be caused.

the user can basically channel Chakra from any spot he touches all the way through the Chakra network to some major organs like the lungs, the heart and the brain to damage it.

take in example Neji here sent Chakra from his finger through Hinata's headband all the way to multiple organs with a single finger touch not even directly on the areas the organs were located

the Gentle Fist user can control the amount of Chakra he wants to inject. take in example Neji here only injected a little amount of Chakra to damage Hinata but to also keep her alive since he didn't have an intent to kill her.

but you can see here that he injected a large amount of Chakra into a large spider summon to take it out with one blow

There's something I've always wanted to note about this panel. We see Neji blocking Hinata's attacks at her wrists NOT her palms, he's making sure to specifically avoid touching her palms because that is where the Chakra flows out of. However, with someone like Neji, who can release Chakra from not just his palms, but his wrists, arms, and everywhere else, an enemy wouldn't even have the luxury of blocking attacks by the wrist, because Neji could STILL use Gentle Fist, in a sense, through his wrists or any other body part, so the attack needs to be avoided COMPLETELY, which makes things even harder.

The threat is there for all people. No one can train their insides as Kakashi noted, and even one hit can be lethal or enough to knock an opponent out.

Good point. I forgot that the only gentle fist attacks that were parried in the Manga were Hinata's. and she didn't have the ability to release Chakra from all her Tenketsus. so theoretically, Neji should be able to inject Chakra from any area on his body to his opponents Chakra network. so his opponents would not be able to parry his attacks, so they would need to fully evade it

lmao right? Top tiers aren't tanking something that was literally said to be untankable. Only way around it is to at least attempt regenerating any damage done, and even that can be hindered by closing the Chakra Points.

Of course, there's also the fact that in CQC, Byakugan can be used to slow down and alter the momentum of the opponent's attacks, which in fact would make it even easier to land hits on an opponent.
