You're a little late on this, but Sasuke's plot shield is greater defense than his Susano'o.

Without plot shield he and Naruto would be dead many times over. This is the reason why they tie as my least favorite characters. I've seen plot shielded characters, but these two outdo them all.

I'm not exactly a sasuke fanboy but most of that is ridicoulous. I don't like sasuke much either but I remain unbias unlike you.

The curse seal was given power, but it is still his power if he is using it. It's like kabuto stealing orochimaru's DNA, it wasn't his power orginally but it was after he used it. The series has many examples of taking someone elses power for there own, or being given a power to use for yourself.

That diedara fight was fair, plot no jutsu is when a character doesn't get defeated but dies anyway, or conviently loses some of their power during the fight they died/lost. Manda is his summon and counts as his power, saying it was BS is stupid, it's like saying some of his techniques are off limits which is absurd.

Amatarasu thing you mentioned, same thing as above, it's his technique he can use it if he wants to.

Dust release thing, I'll give you that he just got lucky tobi saved his ass.

Don't forget: fought Oro while he was already sick and dying, then happened to meet edo Itachi, who saved him from Sage Kabuto...
