reasons why sasuke does have tsukuyomi

Sasuke implanted itachi's eyes therefore he should have inherited itachi's techniques that includes tsukuyomi as seen when danzo implanted shisuis eye and gained KA or kakashi implanted obito's eye and gained kamui. Then why sasuke didnt get tsukuyomi?

As explained by a few other members the most logical answer is that tsukuyomi is not a special power of itachi's MS, rather tsukuyomi is genjutsu empower by MS but is not a special technique of itachi´s ms, it's just that itachi has such a mastery over genjutsu that when he uses an MS genjutsu is so much better than sasuke's ms genjutsu.

So in conclusion sasuke didnt inherit tsukuyomi from itachi because tsukuyomi wasnt a special technique of itachi. So even if both are Ms genjutsu, itachi's tsukuyomi is more powerful only because he has more talent with genjutsu than sasuke.

Sasuke doesn't have Tsukiyomi because his 2nd MS technique is Enton. Not like he would need Tsukiyomi. Sharingan genjutsu is already OP.

i think sasuke has a much more powerful chakra than itachi and that's the reason why sasuke has enton, because sasuke has the stamina to not only cast the flames but to control them too.
on the other hand itachi has more talent with genjutsu so his ms genjutsu is just better than sasukes

At the same time Itachi doesn't have Kotoamatsukami. That's localized to only Shisui and it's a genjutsu. Each Uchiha only get's two MS abilities. Itachi has one genjutsu and one ninjutsu. I don't think internal talent has anything to do with what each get. More like luck of the draw.

itachi didnt get KA because he never implanted shisuis eye
but danzo got KA when he implanted the eye
sasuke didnt get tsukuyomi on the other hand

the EMS operation is not an ordinary transplant. It's more a fusion, where both eyes are fused. Otherwise, Madara and Izuna could have just "traded" eyes and both could have had EMS instead of only Madara, with Izuna going blind. This is the only logical explanation to EMS.

Having said that, MS's abilities may well depend on the design. In Danzo and Shisui's case, the design didn't change. When Sasuke used Itachi's Amaterasu for the first time, his eyes resembled Itachi's as well. Same for Kakashi.

Itachi's design: Amaterasu offensive + Tsukuyomi
Sasuke's MS design: Amaterasu offensive + Enton (Amaterasu defensive)
Obito's design: Kamui (adjacent) + Kamui (ranged)
Madara's design: ??? + ???
Shisui's design: ??? + Kotoamatsumi
Izuna's design: ??? + ???

The EMS operation doesn't give any additional techniques - it just makes the existing ones stronger

What is this? It's already been stated you need TWO MS techs to awaken susano so if Itachi doesn't have it that means he used susano with only one MS tech giving itachi fans more to wank their fave on.

Tsukyomi is an MS tech along with amaterasu. Apperently you don't gain the person's abilities but they just empower your already strong abilities, Sasuke doesn't even need tsukuyomi with rinnegan:genjutsu
