1. Literally, 0 points of affection have been pointed towards Karin from Sasuke
2. Sasuke gave Sakura that forehead poke that might as well have been a foreshadowing metaphor for his dic* to be pressed/poked against Sakura's vagina
3. Sasuke basically killed Karin, while he never actually harmed Sakura.... Besides that one arm choke ...and there was that one time with genjutsu...
4. Kishimoto has stated in interviews Sakura and Sasuke were destined to be end game for the series, while their respective voice actors have reinforced this too.
5. Kishimoto is just screwing with everyone to create a conflict for these new characters. And he does a good job making Sarada and Bolt's problem similar. They both don't get to see their dads, it's just Sarada has a Sasuke-level difficulty. It does not surprise me Sasuke knows he doesn't spend time with his kid and doesn't do anything about it, while Naruto does as much as he can.
6. Sasuke has probably been more annoyed with Karin's feelings than Sakura's
7. Kishimoto would ruin his own story is Karin was really the mother, he will have ruined Sakura's character.
8. So what? Do you just suppose Karin died giving child birth(WHILE SHE IS AN UZUMAKI) and just gave the baby to Sakura?

If Sasuke has been back to the village like 4 times(the last, Naruto's wedding, his own, seeing Sarada once when she was born) since he left, why would his and Karin's baby live in the leaf with Sakura? If he had a baby while he left the village with Karin there is no explanation, besides keeping the kid away from Orochimaru and his environment(assuming Karin is w Orochimaru), that Karin would not mother her own baby and give it to Sakura.
And honestly w number 9 I may have just cracked the whole mystery which will complete counter argue this thread.....
But the only logical explanation if Sarada is Karin's is if Karin stayed w Orochimaru and Sasuke did for a little and Karin and Sasuke banged... Then Karin would be like "This baby can't witness all that goes on with all these cruel experiments she needs to be brought elsewhere" and also it's ovvilously the best option to keep an Uchiha baby away from Orochimaru. and then that's when Sasuke gets the idea to give it to Sakura. WHICH IS TOTALLY MESSED UP HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Who is following Sasuke btw?! Big questions! I 10000% believe Sakura is the mom though just Saiyan
