That Tsunade is to be kept in the anime, because all the other girls in it.. are unattractive to the audience.. ..or annoying..

I find your predictions relevant. She cant be the only one that can use that tech, but on the other side Kishi may make the jutsu available just for Senjus. So no Sakura, but after revealing her parents, and some sort of story, Sakura will get a big powerup, IF Kishi lets that happen. I dont think he worked on her parents in the 6th movie just for rating. I think he will introduce them in the actual story too.

Naruto... About Naruto lets say he is still not prepared to take this position. I would say Kakashi will for sure, if Naruto doesnt. This also gives the story more length, because Naruto should grow up(maybe another timeskip) to become Hokage.

Kishimoto had the whole story planned in general, because he created character, but made them already dead, just to revive them/meet another character/play a big part in the history/use them as a reason for something to happen, etc.
Thats why Minato was claimed dead in the first 30 seconds of the anime, and Dan didnt play a big part during Naruto, but NShippuuden.

She kinda HAS to stay alive so taht she can epiclly make Naruto Hokage.. I could imagine that Kishi would let Tsunade make naruto Hokage at the brink of death or something
