To quickly try and erase the hate building oh so rapidly, let me try and diffuse this PNJ accusation.

Quite Simple:

1. Naruto called out to his friends whose chakra he knew best, making a higher level sync much easier for he and Sasuke. Enabling them to focus more on the direct attack, rather than expending additional energy focusing on syncing with more foreign Shinobi.

2. As an added psychological effect, it has much more of an impact on Obito if he witnesses Naruto and Sasuke's friends being used. Something I'm sure Naruto is very aware of, with them being kindred spirits in numerous ways.

3. Don't view this as some massive new generation fusion, this was simply a testament to Naruto and Sasuke's power and chakra control. The synced Shinobi merely had to be synced with, they put forth no monumental effort, this was Naruto and Sasuke's combined prowess on display.

Nice theory, although I still have a problem with it. We've seen Naruto use a few Rasengans at the same time before, using his chakra tails to aim them. So I don't get why they had to waste any chakra and time AT ALL to drag other shinobi into this, when he could easily aim all those tail Rasengans himself.

Naruto also has more friends so he can take on a demigod despite being totally outclassed...
