reason why zetsu called obito tobi

i think it's because obito put that mask on (orange swirly) and used his sharingan to genjutsu the white half. that's why it referred to him as tobi.

I think he just took tobis personality traits and name so he wouldn't get detected then changed it to madara to cause a disruption.

When you write it in Japanese, Tobi is the opposite of Obito... it's symbolic because Tobi is all that Obito could not have been. So, Obito must have done that too leave his old self behind...
