Discounting the alien Otsutsuki clan, the Uchiha clan is the best clan in NV. Uchiha have produced more strong ninja than any other clan. But the numbers are not the main reason why the Uchiha clan is so strong. It's because Uchiha clan were blessed with Sharingan KKG. The Sharingan allow the Uchiha to perform many special jutsu which can't be learnt or copied by other ninja. If a non-uchiha steal sharingan, they won't be able to use it as efficiently (for ex. Kakashi)
Lets see the no. of jutsu exclusive to the Uchiha clan, which can't be learnt by other clan members
Ninjutsu:-
Yasaka Magatama
Amaterasu
Perfect Susanoo
Kamui
Indra's Arrow
Yata Mirror
Sword of Totsuka
Most of the above techniques are one shot/have very few counters. Especially Yata Mirror which can't be bypassed by any means according to the databook (I don't believe hyperbole personally). Kamui is probably the most haxxed technique in the whole HST. Plenty of other amaterasu/susanoo variants have been omitted from the above list
Now for genjutsu:-
Sharingan genjutsu
Dusk Crow Genjutsu
Genjutsu reversal
Tsukuyomi
Kotoamatsukami
Izanagi
Izanami
Once again, two of the above genjutsu are one shot (Tsukuyomi can only be broken by another Uchiha/jinchuuriki, KA can be broken by jinchuuriki only). Izanagi is literally a cheat-code to avoid death
This unique jutsu are not only the best thing about the Uchiha. The interesting part is, Uchiha can learn most ninjutsu very, very quickly with their sharingan. This is the reason why Kakashi was known as a copy ninja . Sasuke learned many of Lee's taijutsu moves from 1 encounter only. Uchiha with sharingan can have precog by default, which was the best battle supplementary ability until sage mode sensing was introduced. Sharingan can also be used to enhance raiton based technique like raidon/raikiri
That's the best thing about Uchiha. Uchiha can learn every other non KKG jutsu; Itachi could have learnt FTG if he wanted to. But others can't learn the above Uchiha jutsu. The only way you can use sharingan jutsu is by stealing the sharingan eye/getting it as gift. Uchiha is the only clan that has so many KKG exclusive techniques
