Reason why Sarada and Sasuke unlocked 1T while Obito jmped to 2T.

Sasuke , sarada and madara unlocked their Sharingans through Love/Hate/inbetween , while Kid Obito unlocked his through strong Determination , similar to Sasuke re-awakening his Sharingan against Haku which granted him 2T in one eye , and also similar to him gaining 3T due to his dtermination to cut his bond with Naruto at VOTE1.

Sarada knew nothing about her eye or that she even had it activated , which probably has something to do with her development , but after she finds out about it she has perfect control over using it and turning it off, she doesn't even use handseals to activate it unlike the others , except in the movie, and hers seems to be directly tied to her emotions

I think Sarada is still at 1 because of the powerscaling between her and her teammates, she isn't easily intimidated , because her emotions don't build up to trigger anything , like Sakura she will probably release them all over you house .

Obito unlocked his because he was scared and thought he was going to die, Sarada and sasuke seems to not be as bothered by enemies trying to kill them
Sasuke held a sword up to Sarada and she didn't flinch , she just caught an attitude , so obito that would've been and mangekyo sharringan moment

Or Kishi simply didn't plan any other situations for Obito and Kakashi to awake 3T, so he made them go straight to MS, while for Sasuke, he decided that he will unlock more tomoes during his fights with Haku and Naruto.

He still unlocked it during emotional stress, although I'm sure it was a one tomoe as well so..... Lol maybe he didn't go straight to 2 cause of his age? This might explain why in the haku fight he had a one tomoe and a 2 tomoe?(the fact that he already unlocked it I mean)

Only madara unlocked 1T at similar age as obito an was not only indra but was way more powerful than him.
