Reason why people like sasuke

look, i want to start liking sasuke again

but i can't help but get annoyed at how stupid these fanboy threads are.

this thread on the other hand is great, it explained sasuke and naruto fairly.
well done to the thread creator, i feel kinder guilty making that thread to uchiha macho, but that was out of anger.

next time, acknowledge other characters good traits in your threads as well, i'd hate to make another HATE thread about sasuke again

Reason why i like sasuke is because sasuke haters have no common sense.
Shikamaru wantd revenge for his teacher's death, same with naruto, but sasuke cant have revenge after his whole clan has been killed.

Asuma or jiraiya are not related to shikamaru or naruto and both of these characters are just one. Compare that to a clan of about 400 people and you are related to them

i agree for shikimaru but naruto... he was HATED by everyone for so long and he lost sasuke, he got a new bond the closest thing to a father he had and he was starting to be happy then...bam thats shattered, if you ask me thats worse than sasukes, he became friends with everyone quickly... naruto didnt get revenge anyways.

lets put it another way. you are hated for some reason you dont know for 12 years, then you make some friends and the closest one who you consider a brother leaves and nearly kills you as you try to bring him back, you make a new stronger bond and are becoming happy, feeling what it feels like to have parents and thats shattered..

In response to people who stop liking characters because of the fantards: All I have to say is, is that if you stop liking a character because of some fanboys (which is a retarded reason, by the way) and their ridiculous threads, then it means you've never genuinely liked that character (in this instance, Sasuke) in the first place :|

Seriously, if we all stopped liking our favorite characters just because of the huge amount of fanboys we'd all be liking Kiba or Ino now.

I never had a problem with Sasuke. I just enjoyed it more when him and Naruto were together as in had the others back. They work rather well together and even still they are always trying to be stronger than the other.

sasukes revenge story is completely different though. thing about sasukes revenge story is that he had no idea of the actual intentions itachi was trying to pull through. to be honest. after sasuke finally killed itachi i was pissed but yknow it was bound to happen. only reason i was mad is..well..yknow...itachi fan here XD. anyways back on topic. sasukes life was messed up. we didnt know about itachi until madara said something. and it was up to sasuke what he would do next. he decided that instead of respecting his deceased brothers wishes, he would end up going to the dark side "the tobi side" and kill off everyone in the leaf who were not responsible for the death of itachi. itachi loved the leaf. and i dont think sasuke saw that. perhaps sasuke doesnt share that same love that itachi had. hes an ******* to all of his comrades and he doesnt care whether they live or die. :T thats my reason for disliking sasuke. (also another reason are people like uchiha macho)

I agree and his decision not to follow his brothers footsteps is stupid because if he really did love his brother, he wouldnt be doing the exact opposite. Anyway the reason i said what i did is because thats one of the main reason for people hating sasuke. Loads of characters have wanted revenge, but sasuke cant.

No way. Naruto didnt have that type of love from the beginning therefore he doesnt know how it feels when its lost. Itachi is my fav character but i agreed with what sasuke did when he killed him because at that time he didnt know the truth, until he learnt the truth and decided to take revenge on konoha.

The reason has been mentioned by forneverworld and sawyer7mage on youtube and a lot of other people have stated this aswell, the reason people like sasuke is because he gets shit done!

He says he´s gonna do something, he goes out there and does it, he doesn´t beat around the bush, naruto never go back on his word but he tends to do things slowly and he talks more then doing action, he doesn´t have enough resolve anymore in shippuden/part ll.

Sasuke wanted to kill his brother, he needed to be strong to do that, he needed more hatred, his village made him go soft, he didn´t have enough hatred anymore, he started to lose sight of his goal, he started to get weak and as soon as he put things into perspective and realized that, he left the village.

He took over oro instead of vice versa, put together a team and immediately started chasing for itachi, see? He didn´t beat around the bush.

He thought it was time to settle down when tobi got involved in his bussiness.
He now wanted to kill the responsible ones and the village just so they won´t enjoy false peace over having killed all uchihas.

he wanted to kill Danzou at the kage-summit, danzou fled and he found him(with help from tobi) and killed him, the guy doesn´t beat around the bush.

He got itachis eyes, now he´s training with new susanoo and then he´ll go to konoha, i don´t think he´ll give a crap about the war infact, he´s gonna use this as an opportunity, he won´t beat around the bush.

yeah i agree. reason why i dislike sakura for example is because she's all talk, this time i'll save them and whatever and when it comes to crunch time she backs out.

although i don't necessarily agree that naruto doesn't get shit done, his real goals are just far off into the future but when he sets his mind on something in the present he does it pronto too. sasuke atm is just barelling down whichever direction he's pointed

nah i disagree. naruto had NO friends until he was 10 or so and iruka changed his mind about him, not only that but he was hated by everyone except the 3rd and the ramen guy. but he always tried to break out of that life.

sasuke had a great life until he was 7, he had everything if you discount that inferiority complex to itachi crap. i agree that losing everything in one fell swoop is really tough, but sasuke never tried to make friends and so on until naruto started to change him. and he was still admired by all his class after that, he could have had other bonds but he kept shunning them. the saying 'better to have loved and lost than not ahve loved at all' rings true imo.
