I believe it's because of his control over the tailed beast. Obito couldn't even control Juubi properly (at first) and I believe he's trying to surpress it.
Madara, however, have the blessing of a large chakra pool AND the senjutsu he got from Hashirama.
Remember the 'only Natural Energy can defeat Natural Energy' thing ?
He's using Senjutsu and his mastery of the Rinnegan to hold off Juubi with ease, hence enabling him to do what he wants, even Kamui.

Hiruzen and his father are dead for good, and I doubt that Genma knows this technique well enough to teach it for Naruto, not to mention that there was no time for schooling.

As for Sasuske, FTG does not require hand seals, so I dont see how Sasuke can copy that with his Sharingan.

He can't use ftg because he wasn't taught how to use it, not that he isn't capable. Naruto isn't the type of person who can just look at a jutsu and be like "Oh yeah i can totally use that now.". I'm sure he could learn it if he tried hard enough.

Ftg is in the scrolls that naruto read to learn shadow clone.
