[Theory] Reason why Kaguya doesn't speak much

Harogomo had to change his dialect so Naruto could speak to him. So maybe that is why Black Zetsu is speaking for her.

Kaguya did have some dialogue, and hagoromo had to change the way he was speaking cause according to Naruto he was too charismatic, however for kaguya I think she may be traumatized by what her sons did to her,or just generally isn't a talker. If kaguya wanted to eliminate sasuke or Naruto she would've done so by now idk what she's stalling for.
