Kaguya did have some dialogue, and hagoromo had to change the way he was speaking cause according to Naruto he was too charismatic, however for kaguya I think she may be traumatized by what her sons did to her,or just generally isn't a talker. If kaguya wanted to eliminate sasuke or Naruto she would've done so by now idk what she's stalling for.

But she already talked english that naruto and sasuke understand. Why stop suddenly, its because she is a working woman focussed on her goals , no time for chit-chat.

But she is a princess, and in ancient times Royalty usually was prideful and stuck-up. I mean, maybe she doesn't feel like talking? Especially since Black Zetzu is saying everything that she wants them to hear.

But if there's more to this, I wouldn't be surprised.

She's acting like a mother protecting her young from a threat and the dialect thing works aswell because she says very few words and their very to the point.
