[Discussion] Reason why Kaein look like ichigo.

The highest possibility is Aizen is using death body of Kaein for experiment. Injecting hollow soul inside him. Then it become black hollow that attack ishin and masaki.

Ichigo and Kaen are both Shiba clansmen its possible to resemble your uncle U_U

Kaien is Ichigo's uncle, Isshin's brother.

The theory holds right now that "White" the black clad armored hollow experiment was created with Kaien's body which is why Ichiga resembles him so much except for hair color. Rukia said Ichigo even looks exactly like Kaien except the hair color. That was before she knew who he was (she still doesnt know Ichigo is a Shiba)
