The obvious solutions are:
1. They just haven't used it as much.
2. Nagato had more practice.
3. Obito and Madara have more in their arsenal so they didn't have to use it very much.
But, here's my theories (two very similar ones):
Theory one:
A popular theory is that the Sage was a hyuuga and uzumaki ancestor too, not just Uchiha and Senju ancestor. That being said, something occured to me.
The rinnegan is a Ems Sharingan/senju mixture. But Nagato, being a Uzumaki, has used it the most effectively. If the popular theory is true, the sage was a senju, hyuuga, Uchiha, and Uzumaki ancestor; and he used it the best. Now, Madara and Obito are Uchiha with senju dna, and they have the Rinnegan as well. But they haven't used it as well/much as Nagato. ANd then it hit me.
Nagato is an Uzumaki with rinnegan, which is a Uchiha+Senju mixture. 3/4 of the Sage's bloodline.
So while Madara and Obito both have senju/Uchiha dna, Nagato has Uchiha, Senju, and Uzumaki dna. If I'm correct, if they had Hyuuga dna as well, They'd have the potential to use it as well as the sage himself.
So that's why Nagato might be better at it then Madara and Obito, because he has more of the sage's dna then they do.
Theory two:
Another theory is that the Sage was an Uzumaki and a Hyuuga, and that the Jubi was the real ancestor of the Senju/Uchiha.
If Nagato, being a Uzumaki, has the rinnegan (which is senju/Uchiha), it works just as well with my original theory. He has 3/4 of the Dna the sage had to unlock the full potential of the rinnegan.
THIS DOES NOT MEAN NAGATO IS STRONGER THAN MADARA OR OBITO. I'm just saying so far, it seems Nagato has used it more.
What do you think of this?
