Fact: Sasuke was trying his hardest to win and kill him, Naruto wanted to only tie and had zero intentions of trying to win.

The entire fight was based around Naruto's ability to do something Hashirama couldn't, Hashirama chose to kill Madara.. Naruto chose to tie it.

Sasuke stated Naruto was finally taking this seriously. Naruto said he didnt want to beat sasuke in that state, but it didnt mean that Naruto should just kneel on the ground and suck sasuke off, he still decided to take Sasuke seriously, otherwise that would've meant his life. He would have rather fought sasuke in a different state, thats all. And fine we can't say it was his strongest attack. But it sure took all the nature energy in the surrounding area and a TON of his tailed beast energy, so yea, it was strong as faq.

Since for the sake of the argument you dont want to admit it's probably his strongest ill allow it. Either way as I state time and time again, the battle was a tie, and that's that.
