Reason to why Shisui's body was never found and prob how he obtained the Spirit weps

Shisui gave to Itachi a new power => The mangekyo sharingan -> Itachi's mangekyo power is Amaterasu.

Itachi used amaterasu on Shisui to make Danzo believe that the dead one actually fled the village.

Probably this is one of the ways Itachi obtained his spiritual weapons ---- by doing something no one ever did before. That is = to use your mangekyo sharingan's power on the friend because of whom you got the new power.

Nothing to support what ? If he had Susano'o he would have used it against Danzo. Obito considered it rare, you know what rare means ? It means not every MS user automatically gets it. Itachi had it because his chakra was exceptionally strong like Madara's and Sasuke's.

Furthermore, Shisui didn't have the spirit weapons because the only way to possess them is using Susano'o due to them having no physical shape and being larger than a human body. He wasn't a Susanoo user therefore would have no way to possess them.

Not only did that never happen in the episodes but Itachi clearly stated his first time using ameterasu in the latest episode against the 3 tails and that was a mental note, nice try though

Erasing his existence means that he dived with his head to make sure he hits the ground with it first. Nobody can recognize a flattened, blown-up soup head.
