Fully transformed Naruto - above Juubi Jin Obito's level, around weakened Juubi jin Uchiha Madara and much below Full power fresh Ten tails host Madara.

Uh, one problem with that statement. Naruto without fully activated 6 paths mode was clearly above weakened 6 paths Madara. I think 6 paths Naruto>= 6 paths Madara(pre holy tree absorption)

but naruto already plucked out a piece when he got KCM. He should still have that in a seperate spot... The same way madara didn't get the other 7 bijuu's chakra which were in a seperate space.

If naruto was missing yang half, Obito most likely would've pulled it seeing as he took all the one's naruto didn't have.

It's possible that he still has the Yang KCM chakra still within him, but even if he doesn't he should still have trace amounts of Yang-Kurama just as Gaara retained a connection with Shukaku.

I don't think Madara just left it there. Otherwise, Naruto wouldn't have been nearly killed.

He still got the kyuubi ripped out... If having trace levels of chakra left would make a difference, he should have been alive due to still possessing chakra from 7 other bijuu along with his own reserves, right...?

No, because it's his bond with Kurama. It's not bijus in general.
