Reason for Nagato's appearance?

Maybe but it seems he has a strange look on peace which i think will get explained in the next manga....i mean look at what orochimaru used to do he took kids at a young age and twisted them to do things that they thought were right.....like in the anime recently......just makes me think someone did that to nagato and said that in doing what he's doing this would bring peace.....
