[Discussion] Reaper Death Seal

Can Edos use Reaper Death Seal? I mean, only Minato and Hiruzen, as these are the only two people who have ever used it till now.

I think so. They have a soul afterall, Otherwise how would they be alive? I mean they're dead duh, But they still need their soul to move, Think, Speak and all that. It “COULD” be possible, Why not.

There not alive their souls has been anchored through the use of ninjustu to the living world

I see no reason why it shouldn't work.

First let's break it down. What is the Death Reaper Seal and what does it do?:

• It summons a Shinigami.
• Shinigami pulls out soul/s of the target/s and consumes it.
• The caster's soul is also consumed as compensation.
• The caster and the target spends their time in the Shinigami's stomach locked in eternal combat. In other words, both the caster and target ends up in the same place.

What this basically means is that both the caster and the target suffers the same sad fate regardless of whether your the caster or the target. That is, your soul is gonna be ripped out and eaten either way.
Also, the Shinigami doesn't seem to be picky about his food as we've seen it rip out and eat everything from Edo souls to the arm portions of a living soul and he even ripped out the Yin portion of the Kyuubi once.

Anyway, the point is that the Shinigami obviously has no qualms about consuming the souls of Edo Zombies and he also has no problems ripping out the souls of Edo Zombies. So, why would the soul of a Edo Zombie caster not suffice as compensation?

In addition to all of that, Edo Tensei summons the soul from the Pure world into the Impure world and uses a living body to "bind" it to the Impure world. But... what "binds" the soul of a living person to the Impure world? Isn't it also just a living body? "Kill" the living body and the soul "unbinds" and goes to the Pure world...doesn't it?
