Madara being immortal with unlimited chakra means it's going to be next to impossible to beat him. Sealing techniques that have been used up to now all required the target to be immobilized, which can't really be done in this case. The only technique that could work is the RDS. It'd also be a very good plot move because both of its uses were important moments in the Naruto story, and this is a rather important moment.

In the hypothetical scenario where Madara IS sealed with the RDS, who do you think will use it?

I highly doubt that we ever see RDS used again. I don't think anybody actually still knows how to use it, anyways.

Furthermore, there are other sealing techniques that do not require the target to be immobilized. Many of them simply immobilize the individual as a result of the sealing. There are also a number of entrapment/barrier jutsu that can be used on a large area.

Plus, there is always Izanami, which was designed to be used on Uchihas in order to keep them from abusing the use of their eyes.

The bottom line is that there are a number of possible ways to stop Madara that are more plausible than RDS.

I'm guessing Kakashi would do it, thats the only person I can think of who would since Tsunade is soon to be dead and I doubt the other Kages know how.

Orochimaru will use the RDS after realizing he will love to die a hero like the other sennin.

Even plot wise? Kishi seems to promote self sacrifice throughout the story.

I think it's a stretch (a huge one), but would it be possible for Kurama to remember the hand seals Minato used to seal him? If he does, there could be a huge discussion between Kurama and Naruto that ends up in Naruto sacrificing himself.

That is a really good idea! I hope the RDS is used. Tsunade is appropriate as she is the only Hokage not sealed in the Death God.
Kakashi is known as the copy ninja but I believe this would be too advanced for him to copy, and I'm sure Minato would not have taught him before his death.

I like the idea of Oro using it, but that is unlikely. I kinda want him to become the final villain/penultimate villain before Sasuke
